The fossil site at Caesar Creek Lake in Ohio has an annual event called "The Great Trilobite Hunt" Memorial Day 1:00 to 3:00pm. all you need is to pick up the free collicting prrmit from the visitor center to hunt at the spillway. Theres alot of very nice fossils there and there close to a parking area. I have been to the place a few times but not at this event.

I would love to go one an outing to there anytime also, its open all year long to collicting.
